In recent days, Apple has not only released new hardware and software updates, but also revised parts of its website. In connection with this, the German Apple Support website has now also been thoroughly revised.
The new look of Apple’s online customer service offers more overview and, last but not least, should also make it easier to go to the right place. The one-color icons, which used to be quite subtle and unbalanced from each other, have been replaced by larger, colored images of the individual product categories, which lead you to the respective help areas.
Meanwhile, Apple has left the linked pages from the main support page untouched. Here the navigation continues, at least so far, with the old, single-colored category symbols.
By the way, if you are looking for the support area for the HomePod, you will find it here in the category titled “Music”. The “TV & Home” category on the main page, which includes the HomePod and Apple TV, doesn’t exist here; instead, Apple TV has its own link in Apple’s support section.
