If you’re looking for a cheaper alternative to the Magic Keyboard Folio keyboard case for the new tenth-generation iPad, which Apple offers for $299, be patient. Logitech will soon be offering three of its keyboard combinations for the new iPad.
Logitech Slim Folio for iPad
The cheapest option Logitech offers will present itself here with the Slim Folio, which is already available for all iPad models since the fifth generation and for the iPad Air from the third generation. For an estimated 119.95 euros you get an all-in-one case with an integrated keyboard and a strap for a drawing pen. The foldable cover can also be used as an iPad holder with a viewing angle of 10 degrees or 58 degrees.
Logitech Rugged Folio for iPad
Logitech will also offer its Rugged Folio for the new tenth-generation iPad, which will be available at a price of $139.99. The case is designed to provide better protection against drop damage with a reinforced housing and also features a splash-proof keyboard. Again, the case can be used as a holder at the same time – either with the keyboard on the front for typing or the keys folded back to watch videos, for example.
Logitech Combo Touch for iPad
Last but not least, Logitech will also be offering its “flagship” Combo Touch for the new iPad. You have to take into account a price of 179.99 euros. In contrast to the two cheaper variants, the combination of case and keyboard is equipped with a trackpad and therefore also with full support for multi-touch gestures. The case can act as an iPad stand and the keyboard and iPad can be separated in the case for better drawing with the Apple Pencil, for example.
Logitech is already putting some of its new accessories for the tenth-generation iPad online, but unlike the new Logitech Crayon already out there, there’s still a long way to go before it’s available to order.
